About the authors:
Barbara Segall is a horticulturist and garden writer whose work appears in a number of specialist gardening publications such as BBC Gardeners World magazine, the RHS Journal The Garden, Kitchen Garden, Country Life, Your Garden, Country Living and Herbs, the magazine of the Herb Society, which she edited 199599. Her latest books are a touring guide to The Gardens of Spain and Portugal and The Ultimate Herb Gardener. She is also the author of The Herb Garden Month by Month and editor of The Horticulturist magazine.
Louise Pickford is a British food writer, now living in Sydney, who has worked all around the world. She is the author of more than a dozen cookbooks and is a regular contributor to several magazines, including Food and Travel and Australian Gourmet Traveller. Her recipes are always easy, quick and delicious. Louises husband, Ian Wallace, has taken the photographs for several of her books, including Brunch and Al Fresco.
Rose Hammick is a photography stylist whose work has appeared in many interiors magazines including Homes & Gardens, Country Homes & Interiors, BBC Good Homes and Elle Decoration, as well as the Style section of the Independent newspaper. She has also styled the photography for several books, including Planted Junk, The Scented Home and Classic Entertaining.
