your own mung bean sprouts at home - a great way to garden
year-round. Mung bean sprouts have a wonderful crunchy texture and
a flavor similar to fresh garden peas. High in many nutrients, a
delicious addition to oriental dishes, salads, and a multitude of
vegetable dishes. Mung bean sprouts have been grown by the Chinese
for over 5000 years. They have a crisp, fresh flavor with a
delicate hint of sweetness. Mung bean sprouts are high in vitamins
A, B, C, and E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and amino

numerous ways: oriental stir-fry dishes; fried rice; salads;
blended in vegetable juices; mashed with potatoes; sautéed
with onions; pureed with peas or beans; or simply steamed and
served with butter. This packet contains certified organic,
