Spinach is very nutritious with lots of vatamin A & C, plus iron. It's also low in calories - only 10 per 3 ounce serving. Correnta is highly bolt resistant and has round, heavy, smooth, tender leaves. Great for containers. One packet plants a 25-foot row.
