Beautiful, crisp heirloom with mild flavor. Shredded daikon radishes are a frequent crisp addition to sushi, but their light, crunchy slightly spicy flavor is a unique addition to many other dishes. As an Asian winter radish, it is best planted in late summer or early fall.
One packet yeilds about 55 plants after thinning.

When to Sow Outside: As soon as soil temperatures are above 40 degrees.
When to Sow Inside: Sow directly outdoors.

Row Spacing: 8" - best to plant here and there rather than in rows.
