Pencil-thin Cayenne peppers are used fresh in hot sauces and chili, dried or ground for cayenne pepper flakes or powder. It is also used to flavor oil & vinegar and strung on a string as an attractive southwest accent. Plants are decorative in the garden with a multitude of peppers on each plant.

When to Sow Outside: 3 to 4 weeks after last frost and when the soil temperature is at least 65 degrees and the outside temperature is at least 70 degrees. Starting indoors is recommended.
