This very attractive lettuce has a mild, unique flavor prized by many! In addition, the red-edged, frilly, deeply curled leaves are very attractive and a wonderful (& tasty!) garnish. This packet plants: 3 -7 foot rows.

When to Sow Outside: Early Spring, 3 to 4 weeks before last frost, and successive plantings every 3 weeks.
When to Sow Inside: Six weeks before last frost and in summer when outside temperatures are too warm for the seeds to germinate.
Seed Depth: Surface to 1/8"
Seed Spacing: 1"
Row Spacing: 6"
Days to Emerge: 5 - 10
Thinning: When 1/2" tall thin to 6" apart
