One of the reasons Honey Dew has not been super popular in this country is the cardboard-like taste you get from the grocery store honey dew melons. A vine-ripened honey dew is unbelievable; sweet and almost winelike in flavor. Sweet Delight is a 8" X 7" melon weighing in between 7 and 8 pounds. Light green flesh and exterior.
