This sweet Asian cucuber can be eaten like any traditional Western cucumber or in a vairety of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai or Korean recipes. Popular in soups, raitas and stir-fries. A natural coolant to the palate during the hot summer.

When to Sow Outside: After last frost and when soil temperature is up to 65 degrees
When to Sow Inside: 4 - 6 weeks before last frost
Seed Depth: 1/2"
Seed Spacing: 6 seeds per hill
Row Spacing: Space hills 4' apart
Days to Emerge: 5 - 10
Thinning: When plants have three leaves, thin to three plants per hill

Plants 1 35-foot row or 6 6-foot rows.
