With a texture between cabbage and lettuce, leaves are mild, sweet, and don't cause digestion problems like regular cabbage. Can be grown nicely in 5 gallon containers. Mix seed with pak choi and mizuna green seeds to produce a wonderful 'cut-and-come-again' mix.
