New Kurodo

Popular in the Orient, this carrot is one of the sweetest you will ever eat. New Kurodo is deep orange in color and quite heat resistant, so it can be planted later than other carrots. Smooth, tapered roots are 8" long and 2" across at the sholder. One packet plants a 12' row.

When to Sow Outside: 2 - 4 weeks before last frost.
