Parsley Green River
(Petroselinum crispum)

Not just a garnish - parsley has a gentle flavor that does a great job of blending the flavors around it. use it in salsa, deep fried, with fish & in sauces. One of the most nutritious herbs, it contains large quantities of vitamins A, B, C and minerals calcium, iron, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium. Also a good container plant. Keep it in a bright window when grown indoors.
