Italian Dark Green Flat
Flat-leaved parsley is the superior variety for flavor. Great in omelets, salads, stews, vegetables, fish, sauces, eggs, soups, and mixed with soft cheese such as ricotta or cottage cheese. Also considered to aid digestion. Do you love and grow roses? Parsley is reputed to improve the health and fragrance of roses when grown nearby. Also a good companion for tomatoes and asparagus.
