White Yarrow is easy to grow and does well in most any soil. Once established it is very drought tolerant, and it is also very cold tolerant. It performs as a lawn substitute or groundcover, even in sandy soils where some groundcovers refuse to thrive. The attractive foliage emerges in the spring, and you can expect blooms in summer. White Yarrow will quickly crowd out other flowers, so it's not a good choice for a mix. Plant in spring or late summer/fall. Can be planted as late as 2 months before first frost.
