This florist's favorite Helenium is a tall, hard-to-find fall beauty. Also called Helen's flower (from Helen of Troy's tears) and Sneezeweed (Native American's used it to prevent hay fever). A tall colorful fall showstopper. The perfect choice for infertile, poorly drained soil.

Bloom Time: Late Summer to Fall
Height: 2' to 4' tall
Exposure: Full Sun

When to Sow Outside: 3 to 4 weeks before last frost.
When to Sow Inside: 6 weeks before last frost.
Seed Depth: Seeds require light to germinate. Press lightly onto soil and do not cover with soil.
