Dressing
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup red and yellow peppers, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, peeled, julienne with vegetable peeler
Procedures:
Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
