Jack's Glen Lake Inn Cherry Ham Salad

  • 2 cups chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • Mayonnaise

Combine ham, celery, pickle relish, tarragon and basil in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Stir in cherries. Add enough mayonnaise to achieve a spreadable consistency.

Makes about 2-1/2 cups; enough for 6 sandwiches.
