4 trout fillets
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped scallions
Procedures:
Brown fillets in hot oiled skillet. Sprinkle with parsley, walnuts, scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Turn and cook on other side; cover until done. Can be served hot or cold.
