4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 can stewed tomatoes (italian style work best)
6 black olives, quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Cook bacon in a skillet for 2 minutes. Remove and save drippings.
Flatten chicken with you hand, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes on each side in bacon drippings. Make sure that no pink remains. Add bacon, tomatoes, olives and garlic. Cook uncovered until slightly thickened.
