	Herb	Administration
Internally	birch buchu celery seed devil's claw feverfew juniper willow bark	infusion or tincture
Externally	arnica	oil or cream
	rosemary	oil infusion with added juniper oil
	angelica	oil added to a hot bath or a compress that has been soaked in a tincture
	devil's claw	use 1 to 3 grams of powder per day in a capsule. Combine devil's claw in a tincture with equal amounts of angelica, St. John's wort, bogbean or celery seed.
