Beer Cheese Soup (Slow Cooker) Recipe


This classic beer cheese soup recipe, with cheez whiz, minced chives, and Worcestershire Sauce, it makes a wonderful cozy meal. Beer Cheese Soup is a easy, hearty soup recipe.

Step 1

Melt Butter. Add broth and small amount of broth to flour; mix. Then add to butter mixture. Remove from heat, beat with wire whip. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low in slow cooker for 4 hours or all day. Top with popcorn.

  • 1 3 C. Chicken Broth
  • 1 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Chives
  • 1 1 C. Flour
  • 1 16 oz. Cheez Whiz

  • 1 1-1/2 C. Cream
