Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & blend gently. Refrigerate one hour before serving.

  • Salt & pepper
  • 1tb Lemon jiuice
  • 3tb Olive oil
  • 2tb Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4ts Cumin
  • 2ea Garlic cloves, chopped
