Hot Potato & Broccoli Salad Recipe

Step 1

Cook potatoes until tender, then dice; cook broccoli until tender. Keep both hot. Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring. Pour over the vegetables and toss gently. (May be served hot or cold.)

  • 1/4c Vegetable or salad oil
  • 1/4ts Garlic powder
  • 1ts Basil
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 Bunch broccoli, broken flore
  • 1/4c Lemon juice
  • 3/4ts Salt
  • 1/4ts Liquid hot pepper sauce
