Step 1

In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.

Step 2

Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.

Step 3

Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top

  • 3 Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped

  • 1/3c Olive oil
  • 3tb Malt or cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2ts Poppy seeds
  • 1ts Granulated sugar, or honey
  • 1/4ts Pepper
