Garden Turkey & Rice Salad Recipe

Step 1

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.

  • 1c Cooked turkey breast, cut

  • 3/4c Toasted wheat germ
  • 1/3c Green onions, sliced
  • 3tb Fresh parsley, chopped

  • -l/2 cup fat free Italian
  • -salad dressing
  • 1/4c Lemon juice
