Frozen Cranberry Salad * Recipe

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts; fold in whipped topping.

Step 2

Spread in 9x13" pan. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves. Return leftovers to freezer.

  • 1cn Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4c Lemon juice
  • 16oz Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 20oz Crushed pineapple; drained
  • 1/2c Walnuts; chopped
  • 9oz Cool Whip
  • Lettuce leaves
