Pineapple & Bananas With Coconut Syrup Recipe

Step 1

In a medium sized pot, combine syrup & water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer until the mixture thickens slightly, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Stir in coconut milk & rosewater & chill for 1 to 2 hours. Arrange fruit in a large serving bowl. Pour syrup over the top & serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.

  • 1c Water
  • 1c Coconut milk
  • 2ts Rosewater, optional
  • 2c Pineapple, peeled & chopped
  • 2c Cantaloupe, seeded & cubed
  • 2ea Bananas, sliced
