Rujak Manis (Fruit In Soy Sauce) Recipe

Step 1

Cut up fruit into bite-sized chunks. Grind ginger and pepper. Add ketjap manis and lemon juice. Pour over the fruit and mix gently. Let stand an hour or more before serving.

Things You'll Need

  • 1/4c Ketjap manis (see recipe)
  • 1/2ea Thai chile
  • 1/2ea Inch Ginger, fresh; peeled
  • 1ts Lime juice
  • 3c Assorted fresh fruit
