Crab Mousse Recipe

Step 1

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.

Things You'll Need

  • 2tb Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2c Cold water
  • 1c Boiling water
  • 1c Mayonnaise
  • 1c Whipping cream
  • 2c Flaked crabmeat
  • 2 1/2tb Pimiento
  • 6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
  • 1/2 Green peper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
