Vegetable Stir Fry. Recipe

Step 1

Cut green beans and parboil for 5 min.

Step 2

Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4 or 5 min. Add rest of ingredients.

  • 1c Green beans
  • 1c Sliced mushrooms
  • 4ea Green onions sliced
  • 1T Oil
  • 1T Soy sauce
  • 1/4t Salt
  • 1/4t Garlic powder
  • 1/8t Ginger
  • 1/4c Slivered almonds
