Green Pepper Curry Recipe

Step 1

Cut the green peppers, onion and tomatoes lengthwise

Step 2

Grind chilli-powder, turmeric, dhania powder, coconut and poppy seeds.

Step 3

Heat oil and add vadium

Step 4

When vadium turns brown add onions and fry for 4 minutes.

Step 5

Add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add green pepper and masala

Step 7

Add corriander leaves

Step 8

Cook on low heat (should take around 15 minutes)

  • 1/4ts Chilli powder

  • 1tb Coconut flakes
  • 1ts Khus Khus [poppy seeds]
  • 1bn Fresh Corriander leaves
  • 2sm Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2tb Oil
  • 1sm Piece Vadium
  • 1 1/4ts Salt
