Gado-Gado (Mixed Vegetables In Peanut Sauce) Recipe

Step 1

Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until tender- crisp. Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively. Serve with saus kaang.

Things You'll Need

  • 1/2lb Green beans
  • 20oz Spinach, fresh
  • 1/2ea Cabbage; sliced fine
  • 1lb Bean sprouts
  • 1lb Potato, new
  • 3ea Egg, hard boiled
