Potatoes, Garlic Recipe

Step 1

Boil whole or quartered potatoes for 5 minutes. Roast potatoes, smeared with oil, in pan with whole garlic cloves at 400F for 45 minutes.

  • 1/4tb Oil
  • 10ea Garlic cloves, unpeeled
