Frosted Pumpkin Bars Recipe

Overview

I love pumpkin- pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, and everything that goes with it like Thanksgiving and all the family being together.

Step 1

Mix well and pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Frosting: Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and cream together until soft. Add powder sugar gradually, mixing well. After the bars have cooled frost.

Step 3

Then freeze well.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 4 Eggs
  • 1 1-16oz Can pumpkin (2 cups)
  • 1 2 c Flower
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1 c Vegetable Oil
  • 1 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 2 c Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Frosting:
  • 1 1-6oz package Cream Cheese
  • 1 3/4 stick Butter
  • 1 2 tsp Cream
  • 1 1 tsp Cream
  • 1 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 4 c Powder Sugar
