Braised Celery Recipe

Overview

It's easy enough to make. You slice the tender ribs of celery into strips about a quarter-inch wide and three inches long, douse them with a little chicken stock, olive oil, lemon juice, and maybe something like Parmesan cheese. Or bread crumbs. Or garlic. And broil it until everything looks sizzling and edible and aromatic. Try it!
