Honey-Roasted Peanuts Recipe

Step 1

Mix together the sugar and salt. Set aside. Bring the honey, water and oil to a boil in a saucepan.

Step 2

Add the nuts, reduce the heat and simmer (stirring frequently) for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, season with the sugar mixture and toss well. Layer out on a foil-lined cookie sheet and allow to cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container at room temperature.

  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
