Oyi Namul [Cucumber Salad] Recipe

Step 1

Peel cucumbers thinly & cut across into thin slices. Place in a bowl & sprinkle with the salt and add water.

Step 2

Soak for 15 minutes & drain off all liquid.

Step 3

Combine rest of ingredients, pour over cucumbers mixing well & serve chilled.

Things You'll Need

  • 2lg Green cucumbers
  • 3ts Coarse Salt
  • 1c Water
  • 2tb Mild vinegar
  • 1ts Sugar
  • 1/4ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Spring onion, minced
  • 3ts Sesame seeds, toasted & crushed
