Southwest Relish Recipe

NOTE: Tomato and Pepper measures are approximate. You should use one.

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 4 cups of relish.

Things You'll Need

  • 1c Tomatillos, Chopped
  • 3/4c Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
  • 3/4c Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 3/4c Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/4c Pine Nuts, Toasted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Fine Chopped
  • 1tb Fresh Sage Leaves, Snipped
  • 1tb Lemon Juice
  • 1/4ts Salt
