POTATOES WITH FETA CHEESE AND ANISETTE SEEDS Recipe

This recipe is a delicious plate and easy to do, we need a small Pyrex (depends how much do you make) chef knife, spatula, tablespoon, oven gloves i think that's it, everything else you can find on your kitchen.
Well, let me start this recipe to said ALL THE RECIPE'S MADE FOR SOMEONE ARE JUST REFERENCIAL, ANY "NEW" FLAVOR OR "NEW" THING YOU CAN FIND TO DO BETTER THE PLATE ARE WELCOME DON'T BE WORRY TO YOU USE YOUR INMAGINATION.
Cut the potatoes in slices (1/2inch as well), mix the feta chesse, heavy cream and the large egg and seasoned with salt and pepper at your taste. Next in the pyrex (no too deep)put a bed of slice potatoes and cover with part of the feta cheese sauce, and add 3/4 of tablespoon of anisette seeds on top, now put the rest of the potatoes and the rest of the cheese sauce on the top and finish with anisette seed's, we almost done!..put in the oven 300f (depends your oven)for 20 minutes all this numbers can vary ALWAYS check it out, and we are DONE!
If you have any questions just let me know, if Feta cheese is to expensive for you you can use any "white" cheese, i prefer Feta because the i love the flavor. I like this plate with a lettuce an celery salad. ENJOY!!
