Put about two quarts of water into a stock pot.
Bring water to boil.
Add chicken seasoning.
First add carrots...then several minutes later add potatoes and onions.
Puree cashews in about 2 cups of water
Set timer for 10 minutes and add macaroni and broccoli.
Taste the macaroni and make sure it is done....if it is add the cashews that have been very well pureedr.
Add salt to taste.
Note: I often make this with cabbage instead of the broccoli, and sometimes I use vegitable both instead of water. You can just use salt instead of the chicken seasoning....and you can use a white sauce, using browned white flour, too. I guessed at the proportions to this recipe...as I never use one.
