Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe

Step 1

Combine turkey, Jarlsberg, grapes and celery in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the Sherry Mayonnaise and toss gently but well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Step 3

Arrange the salad in serving portions and sprinkle with green peppercorns to taste.

Cooked, lightly smoked ham or chicken may be substituted for turkey.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 1/2lb Smoked turkey; skinned and
  • -cut into 2-inch julienne
  • 1 1/2c Sherry Mayonnaise
  • -salt & freshly ground
  • -black pepper
  • 3/4lb Jarlsberg cheese; julienne
  • 2c Grapes, seedless, red or grn
  • 1c Celery; chopped
  • -pepper, to taste
  • 1tb Green peppercorns; water-
  • -packed; drained
