John's Potato Salad Recipe

Step 1

Cook potatoes, then cut into small pieces, leaving skins on. Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.

  • 2lb Red skinned potatoes
  • 1tb Celery salt
  • 1/2c Green onion stems; cut up
  • 1tb Ground black pepper
  • 2c Sour cream
  • 1/4c Crumbled blue cheese
  • 1pn Dried celery leaves
