Iowa Pea Salad Recipe

Step 1

Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain. Combine the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the mayonaise.

  • 1/4c Pickle juice sweet variety
  • 2ea Eggs, hard boiled
  • 3/8c Mayonaise
