Swiss Broccoli Soup Recipe

Step 1

In 2-quart saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

Makes 4 servings (about 4 cups).

  • 1cn HEINZ HomeStyle Chicken
  • -Gravy (12 oz)
  • 1 1/4c Milk
  • 1pk Frozen chopped broccoli
  • -cooked, drained (10 oz)
  • 1c Shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
