Terrific Turkey Spread Recipe

Step 1

Cut turkey into small pieces. Process the turkey and onion together in food processor, or chop them together by hand. Add remaining ingredients, mixing them well. Chill the spread before serving it.

You can use home-cooked turkey or deli-style turkey.

Things You'll Need

  • 6oz Cooked turkey breast
  • 1/3c Finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4c Packed grated Carrot
  • 1/4c Finely chopped Apple
  • 1/3c Plain non/low-fat yogurt
  • 1tb Mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4ts Curry Powder
