Smoked Fish Spread Recipe

Step 1

Remove skins and bones from fish. Flake fish well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads.

Makes: 3-1/2 cups.

  • 2ts Minced onion
  • 2ts Finely chopped celery
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2tb Finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 1/4c Mayonnaise
  • 1tb Prepared mustard
  • 1ds Of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2tb Chopped fresh parsley
