Herbed Cauliflower Recipe

Contributed by: Janice Norman Frozen or fresh cauliflower can be used in this recipe.

Step 1

Cook cauliflower; drain. Melt margarine in a skillet. Add onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage. Preheat oven to 350F. Dice cauliflower. Add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well. Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake 20 minutes.

  • 1 1/2lb Cauliflower (2 10oz. pks frozen)
  • 1/4c Margarine
  • 1/2c Chopped onions
  • 1/2c Chopped celery
  • 1ts Poultry seasoning
  • 2ts Chicken flavored broth mix
  • 1/2ts Ground sage
  • 1cn (4oz) mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
