Rich, buttery soup with pieces of artichoke heart and oyster. If you love oysters or artichokes you can add half-again as much of these ingredients. You can also use 1 pint each heavy cream and half-half for a less rich soup.
Fry Bacon, hold grease take out the bacon hold to add later.
Saute Onions in Bacon Grease till clear, add Bell Peppers, and Celery.
Add Cream of Mushroom soup, and Half and Half.
Cut up the Pepper Jack Cheese
In saute Pan melt butter, Drain Jars and Cans of Artichokes in Soup, Cut up the Artichokes and Saute till golden.
Cut the oysters in half and in quarters.
Simmer Soup, Add Oysters and Green onions cook for 5 minutes and serve with French Bread.
