The Good Bread Recipe

Overview

A very good bread machine recipe.....the one I use regularly

Step 1

Place an egg in measuring cup add water to equal 1 1/2 cups. Place in pan. Next add sugar, flour, oil and yeast. Bake on the longest cycle your machine has.

I have added a 1/4 cup of cracked wheat or cornmeal or a multigrain cerial. Also have changed one cup of flour to whole wheat. Use your imagination and use the recipe as a base.
