Barbequed Peaches Moscato Recipe

Cut the peaches in half. Remover the pit. Place cut side down on the barbeque grill. Cook for about 8 minutes. Turn the peach over, carefully fill the pit area with Moscato wine, about 1 tablespoon. Cook another 2 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of the peach. Enjoy the Moscato wine with your dessert
NOTE: Mike at Winecentives recommends Moscato d'Andrea from Robert Pecota Vineyards. This wine has notes of peach that make this a wonderful food match.
