Tamora Pudding Recipe

Step 1

Cut the papaya into small pieces. Put in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into pudding glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are firm. Then serve immediately.

Step 2

If keeping rhe puddings longer, cover tightly & store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.

Things You'll Need

  • 1md Papaya, slightly unripe,
  • -- peel & seeds removed
  • 1c Pineapple chunks, fresh
  • 2md Oranges, juiced -=OR=-
  • 1/2c Orange juice
